The first thing you need to understand is the internal structure of a typical claims unit, this relates to how your case or your clients case is assigned.
Chapter 2 - Property Damage
Now that you have moved through the set up of your claim and the adjuster has made contact with you the next phase of the game is the PD claim, your Property Damage claim.

Now that you are past the Property Damage, and opened the file, the assigned adjuster has already started the investigation.
Chapter 4 - Damages
You will not get what you deserve unless you fight for it and fight hard; even then you may not get what you deserve.
Chapter 5 - Low
Speed Impacts
The first issue that you must keep clearly in mind is that the majority of all adjusters simply will not accept the fact that you can be hurt in what are now classified as low speed/low velocity impacts.
Chapter 6 - Not Fair & Not Just
The "Claims Game" is not about fairness, it is not about justice for you or your client, it is not about equity and it is certainly not about restoring you or your client to what he or she was prior to a loss.
