If you have a complaint against Allstate (or other) Insurance Company, it is imperative that you file it with the Department of Insurance for your state, as well as here on our site. We feel that most DOI's are helpless in most cases since they seem to be controlled by the insurance companies, but enough complaints to enough people can make a difference. That is why Allstate is betting that you will not file a complaint, that you will just give up, except their will, and go away.
