Comments: I am a former auto body repair tech and body shop owner. I provide non-bias opinions to attorneys and consumers in N.C. I have been complimented by many insurance adjusters who do not have the back bone to stand up for what is right for my efforts. If the consumer is right I will tell them, if the insurance company is right( which is very rare) I will say so.
