Comments: I am a former auto body repair tech and body shop owner. I provide non-bias opinions to attorneys and consumers in N.C. I have been complimented by many insurance adjusters who do not have the back bone to stand up for what is right for my efforts. If the consumer is right I will tell them, if the insurance company is right( which is very rare) I will say so. If the repair shop butchered up the repairs or did a very good job in the repairing of the vehicle, I will say so. I have only my name and integrity, nothing more. The truth is the truth, no matter how much money anyone has I will tell the truth.

Comments: I am a former Allstate adjuster/manager/quality evaluator of 18 years. My expertise is in the Homeowners lines, but have done auto physical damages, total loss evaluations, etc. I have, and continue to be involved in lawsuits as an involved witness in specific cases. I resigned from Allstate last September (2005) and have started my own business of continuing education for estimating techniques, measurement accuracy and professionalism. It is not my intent or desire to "bury" Allstate, or anyone for that matter. I do despise, however, incompetence, and can help to reveal it and what it costs all of those who are involved.
